A journey through South East Asia took us from the war-ravaged Cambodia to the lush green waters of the Mentawai Islands in Indonesia. We quickly discovered that heaven means something completely different from person to person. Different people with different needs. It could be as simple as food for the night, a warm bed or someone to come home to – but whatever it is, it’s the one thing we are all searching for.
Every now and then we get the opportunity to experience our own piece of heaven on earth. Although it is a completely different definition of paradise it was our moment of perfection where nothing else matters.
